Hello my friend,

If you've been feeling unsteady, stressed, depleted, or bummed, this gift is for you. 

I want to invite you to be so soft, gentle, and kind with yourself. 

Take one deep breath in through the nose, counting to 3, and exhale slowly through the mouth, counting to 5. 

Great. 

My wish is for you to receive any and all of these "nervous system nourishments" that are meaningful for you and then take another one of those luxurious breaths. 

You don’t have to be for everyone.

You are not alone in carrying the responsibility of healing, fixing, transforming, and tending to this world.

You are doing enough, and you are enough.

Anything or anyone worth your energy and care won’t require you to radically change. 

You don’t need to do anything to be worthy of rest. 

Your abundance and fulfillment are requirements for your ability to make an impact. 

The wildest parts of you are worthy of tenderness. 

The world is better because you exist. 

I am so in awe of you, my sparkly friend.
